I reuploaded it and put the link on the first board, try downloading that. Did you put all of the files in Exports? And check your particles and sky folders for files with _0 _1 or _2. Delete files with these in them. The only thing I can think of is that it's missing the terrain files. I'll upload those. If that doesn't work then I'm lost to why it won't work.

For all of the testers and everyone who downloaded the CookiesNCream map but it crashed: http://fav.me/d59k4n4 here is the finished version. It was the weather file that was making computers crash. If something still doesn't work let me know but I think it should be working now.
