its using a base that someone else made. its like paying for someone to recolor something someone else drew. which is illegal without permission

It's not really a base so much as a template, since it'd be nigh-impossible to make a preset skin without it.  I've been meaning to ask someone about this, though, so thanks for reminding me.  :>

It's not using a direct outline or anything. The preset is 100% person-made.
It's completely diferent when you actually put it INGAME, but, it's still commissionable, i think.

Well...sorry. I did actually -skim- through the posts and i did see you saying youd do requests for people even though they were closed+ I was a bit excited because your art is amazing.
I may be new although I dont deserved to be sworn at and being treated like dirt. Then again most artists are like that.
