Just letting you know even if you have duplicates of particles you can still use particles, it just depends on the particles.

Restarting won't work hun. It's usually only caused by double particles or objects. Could even be textures or items. Look EVERYWHERE for any doubles. They will all be hiding somewhere in any of the folders in your media folder. WAIT.
