Use TinyPic, Kikiorylandia. Set the image size to "Website..such and such" and the URL will be there when it's uploaded.

Copy the URL and paste it into here. It will then appear or SHOULD appear as a small image. Because using the ORIGINAL size of your photo may take up a big space xD
