Not responding/Crashing.

I know we've had some server hiccups today, but I cannot get back on my characters, it just pales out and shows the error "FeralHeart is not responding" then closes. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled, yet this problem persists. I didnt do anything to get banned, since I dont talk on General.
Confused right now  :-[ 
Advice/Help?

At the moment this is happening to me. I would suggest restarting the computer. If that doesn't work it's probaly a server problem!

Idk if it's normal for it to be acting up two days usually when the server is restarting you'll have trouble getting on for a few hours but no longer than a day from what I know. Yesterday I was having a pretty bad day connecting to Feral Heart. I wasn't able to get on until the night. If you keep getting that problem try the good old "magic fix" by uninstalling reinstalling the game and if it continues just post the specific error message that you're getting and maybe we can figure out why that keeps happening. For the most part though we probably just have to sit tight until things smooth over with the server.
