Also, I think I know why I'm lagging, do you know how to remove the motion blur?o:

Try downloading my character realism mod. That should fix the blockyness. And to reduce the lag, go into every enbseries.ini and change EnableDepthOfField=1 to EnableDepthOfField=0. Also make sure EnableSSAO=1 is set to 0 in enbseries.ini, this is a big preformance hit. To disable motion blur, repeat this for EnableMotionBlur=1.

I was also having a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge problam with lag. I think that might fix it..
