Dont be scared of Nny! He is such a lovable character

You should read the comics, he is so misunderstood.
Ok so what i did was basically install the python into your local disk and place the tools folder in your local disk as well
![Wink ;)](https://feral-heart.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Now, go to your Blender folder>>2.63 (or whatever version you have)>>Scripts>>Addons and place your .python files (from the exporter download) in the folder. Dont put it in any of the folders within, let it be with the other .python files ^^

It should be a similar looking file as the one in the image above.
Lets open Blender now and press CTRL ALT U all at the same time to open the User Preference window. Go to the Addons tab and find the "Install Addon" button below and go to where your exporter file is located.

Find your file and double click it. It should take you back to the same window, click the category "Import-Export" (still under the Addons tab) and find something like this image.

Find it and tick it, it would be a good idea to click the "Save as Default" button.
Almost done
![Cheesy :D](https://feral-heart.com/smf/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)
Go to File>>Export and you should see this
![](http://i49BannedImageSite/e86des.png)
Click either one and it shall take you to a new window, where shall you export it too? Your OgreCommandLineTools would probably be the best place for that.
![](http://i46BannedImageSite/9rhrht.png)
Now name it BUT keep the .scene or .txml at the end, dont worry we will turn it to .mesh VERY soon.
![](http://i50BannedImageSite/2rh5hn7.png)
When you have named it to [name].scene or [name].txml we shall click the "Export Ogre" button!
Finished exporting! Now go to the OgreCommandLineTools folder, should be located in local disk. You should see your exported mesh, just to let you know that it will only show up as named if you wrote it in this section of Blender...
![](http://i48BannedImageSite/p85qo.png)
Naming it in the exporting window doesnt do much actually ^^ If you do not name it in the area where i did it would look like "Cube.01" or "Plane" or "Cylinder" etc.
Now your exported file may look like this
![](http://i47BannedImageSite/x1wq4o.png)
<=== Incomplete .mesh file
Its not complete yet. You MUST drag it into the XMLConverter file, doing that will turn it into a proper .mesh file.
![](http://i46BannedImageSite/2d9d469.png)
<=== XML file
Wait for it to finish.... Ta Da!! A new file has appeared!
![](http://i50BannedImageSite/b4aqrr.png)
<=== .mesh file completed
Now drag it to your Feralheart folder, my_objects would do. I made my own folder for my mesh's but it will only work if you add some stuff to the resources.cfg file using Notepad. Place it into your my_objects folder for now.
I think you know the rest. Type the .mesh file into Object Maker and click Add New and see it appear!
Here is my not so amazing castle!
