Jessie
Flapping her tail rappidly, Jessie moved her weight as her head rested in the berry bush. 'One two skip a few, nighty nine one hundred! Coming Hammy!' She called, pulling her head out and flipping her body around to face the grassy field filled with barking. Jessie puffed out her spotted chest and lifted her pink maw in the air to sniff were her new found friend could be. Her soft white paws trotted quickly in the ticklish blades of grass, her black, wet nose scanning across the turf as she followed the faint scent of Hamlet in the dewy grass. Her eye lids drooped as the sur blazed on her face, back and chest, but something as simple as mother nature would not have stopped the young mutt. She pounced over a small squirrel....squirrel. Jessie's mind diverted onto the small grey animal, staring up with its terrifiyed bulging eyes. They stared at each other untill Jessie lunged her head forwards, teeth bared and fur raised, but wildlife was to quick. It pounced out of the mutts way and scamperd up the willow tree, its back legs tripping as it climbed. Jess raced her way to the tree, forcing her body upwards into a large jump as it crawled out of sight. She landed, her front paws resting on the trunk with her ears perked high on her head, waiting to see if the creature would show once more. Tail drifing too and fro, she dropped back down from the tree and turned her head, panting heavily as she rememberd she was ment to be finding Hamlet. Shaking her pelt, the young dog stuck her nose to the ground again and continued to search for the male.
Around five minuets passed of searching and Jessie had caught a strong scent of Hamlet which had been coming from behind a blueberry bush. Jessie knew that she could go around the bush, but going through the bush seemed much more quicker. Sqirming through, the wonderful sight caught her eyes instantly. She sniffed the air and Hamlet smelt very close. Creeping into some leafy turf, she looked behind many trees and bushes, but the scent ended in the water. She waddled into the lake and saw ripples coming from the other side behind some foalige. Tottering in the water, she saw the tip of Hamlets tail and decided to suprise him. Collecting a empty bottle, she sank it into the water in which it filled and then rose it in her mouth, sneeking behind a old tree trunk and snickering quietly to herself. Bounding out infront of Hamlet, she squashed the bottle in her jaws, making a large burst of murky water erupt into his face. Jessie dropped her bottle and cracked up laughing; the water had been muddy were she had collected it and and it had been blasted onto Hamlets head, the soggy soil dripping from his face.
