You just drag the contents of the RAR into your FeralHeart folder.

I cant seem to be able to download it. when I press skip on the adfly page, instead of taking me to download it, it takes me to a page which says "sorry you have reached your daily download limit" or something like that. I hadn't been downloading that day either.

There shouldn't be an adfly page. Click the link, and click Start in 10 seconds on the left.

yeah, that's the page, it has the adf.ly logo and I press start after 10 seconds but it takes me to a page that says "sorry you have reached your daily download" and I hadn't downloaded that day.
