Anyway the TCE markings aren't really a preset but custom markings work like presets in the sense that if other users do not have the same files as you they will not see what you look like. Basically if you don't have these TCE markings then anyone who is using the markings from this pack in game will look like a white marshmallow character to you unless you download these markings.
