Items messing up

I downloaded a pack of horns recently , when I add them to my character I see the horns , but somehow my friend sees a sword. Help >.<

Your friend's item order, and your item order, are different. Your items.cfg file has to be in the same order for the same items to display. ^^"

They could have a completely different item pack than you.
Some may have the TEC one, others might have Ringo and Delay's pack, something which will cause the item.cfg file to look differently.
