Help, not letting me log in?

I apologize if this is in the wrong section :d I rarely ever use the forums, typically only when I'm having issues (like I am now).
Here's my problem:

I log in normally, etc., on my account candles, choose my character, yadda yadda...
But then, after I've chosen my character, I go and it will sit there then say 'not responding', turn clear/white/ w/e, and then I'll be forced to close it... The weird thing is, I got on fine my first time, downloaded a new map for a new RP I literally just joined, and when I entered the map from cape it disconnected me, I logged on and tried getting in, and there my problems started... I've tried AT LEAST ten times now and the same thing keeps happening... help?

First, this should have been posted in the "Game Help" section, but that's OK. c:

Try to see if you can get on any other character. If you can, you may have downloaded or installed the Map wrong. If so, then you'll have to find those Map files and delete them, then reinstall it again.

If that isn't the case, you might have to reinstall FH.

Remember to save any important Maps/Presets/Other sturf. Good luckies! c:
