I cant connect to the front server PLEASE HELP

Ever since I got my new internet provider, ExploreNet, I haven't been able to connect to the front server. I tried reinstalling FeralHeart, but that didnt work. PLEASE. HELP. it hasnt been working for a couple weeks now.

Are you in a good internet access place, with like, 4 or 5 bars? The game can work on fewer, but it's better to get a better signal.

Yes I am, im in the same place I always was, but like I said, I recently got a new internet provider thats actually faster than my old one. And fh worked when I took my laptop down to my grandma's house, and she lives five hours away. DX

Do you have a Mac computer or a Windows? Macs are a bit more complicated sometimes.

Did you try reinstalling the game so it works with your new internet host?

Have you trying like redownloading it instead of just reinstalling it? Delete the installer and the folder, and redownload the whole thing?
