I never seen anyone do an Action mod

I was aware of the issues regarding emotes and markings, but it never occurred to me that you could even DO a custom action. Is such a thing possible, or is that something only the creator could manage?

Err well I have seen something on DA a emot/pose that really interested me on how they did it, one paw was lifted up, etc.
