Then Jade jumped in, "That's a good choice" she said, nuzzling her daughter. Then turned to her mate and started to laugh, "Riahn I think she gets it" she said with a laugh.

"I am very well thank you Caladon." Said Jaluma. "I see you have passed on. You served your pride well in life."

Clover saw Jaluma talking to the air. Is there a spirit there? She wondered. There must be. But who?

Caladon nodded and he saw Ciara, Riahn's mother. He padded over to her and barked. "You must be very proud."

"Indeed I am." said Ciara.

Riahn nodded and barked. "Misha will be a scout in training and will be mentored by Garin."

Misha looked at Garin then looked away, And sighed.

Jade smiled and nuzzle her pup again, "it's okay" she said.

Garin nuzzled his new apprentice. "You'll be fine." He turns to the queen. "I'll take care of her, I promise."

Hanso crouched. "Attack me with sheathed claws."

Within a heartbeat the apprentice dashed to the side and tackled Hanso. "I gotcha!"

Hanso met Shadowdusk by rearing up and batted him away. "You should be more quicker. Try again, you can do it!"

Misha just nod.

Jade smiled and nodded, "Well goodluck" she said, and walked away.

Frost licked her pup. "I'm going to go hunting for a bit. Don't go running off ok." Frost got up and went out into the forest.

Jaluma sat down by Clover. "Look around you. What do you see?" "What?" Asked Clover. "There are spirits all around us. You, my child, must learn to communicate with them."

Garin smiled and said to her. "Would you like me to show you our territory?"

With a blow Shadowdusk swiped Hanso's cheek, Hanso released his grip and the apprentice leaped off him. Hanso laughed "My, my! Someone's growing some muscle!"

Misha looked down at the floor and just slightly nod.

Garin nodded and walked into the woods, he stopped a  beautiful meadow with flowers blooming in it. "This is the Blooming Meadow. Prey is usually roaming here but watch out for big animals, they roam here too. There is a legend told that a great spirit, Jaluma would free her subjects from darkness in this very meadow."
