Ive Singed Up But The Game Cant Log Me In?

So hey, i signed up for an account and got the activation code etc. and then when I started up the actual game, and tried to log in, it told me the details were wrong, when I know they were right. My cap locks werent on and all of that, so whats the issue? Do I need to leave it for a night or something? Please help!!!!

Certain that was going to work but still it fails. I entered my name thing, which I thought was the problem, it says connecting to server, then it does a flash of request accepted, and then it says incorrect username or password then something about a 15 minute ban?

I'm not sure about the password but the username cannot be longer than 16 characters.
It will still let you onto the forum, but you cannot log onto the game.
