Help please?

Hi, I hope I haven't disturbed anyone, so I apologize if I have.  I'm also sorry if I posted in the wrong place so please let me know if I have.

About two or three years ago I made an account but failed to download the game, so a year later I downloaded the game successfully and had to make another account because I couldn't remember my previous one.  My old account has been unused and the email I used for it was [email protected].  I would like to delete the account but I can't seem to find it or remember what it was called.  Thank you very much for taking the time to read this post.

If you go to Members next to My Messages you can find your old account there. Click Search For Members and type in the email address, make sure the Search by Email Address box is ticked. Your old account should appear but if not you may have entered the wrong email address or the account is no longer there.

Sadly I did as suggested and came up with nothing, I also tried to change the email of this account but it said that another user is registered with my email, so I'm guessing that it's pretty much a given that my active email is stuck with an unused account.  Thanks for the suggestion though.

If all else fails, I'd suggest making a new email address. Hope this helps. :/

If you remember just the password or just the username then you can click on "Forgot username" or "Forgot password" on the FeralHeart site once you have changed the password or username you will be able to log onto the forum with that account and click"profile"then there should be an option to delete the account if you don't remember either then try other suggestions.Hope this can help.

I'd also suggest making a new e-mail. I usually make it with google (gmail.) Hope I helped!
