Help please, Won't connect to server?

When i log onto the game and click 'Start' it's on the loading page then says 'fail to connect to map server' or whatever, i click retry and it stays on the loading page forever.
I've tried reinstalling it, restarting my laptop, disconnecting then connecting the internet, made sure everythings up to date.. nothing seems to work?
Please help, thanks!

Is it your internet? Maybe you should reset it?

How could it be the internet if i'm using it okay in general?

You may have to wait a few hours or even a couple days for the map servers to reboot. The same has happened many times with my characters all I can say is just be patient.

If you can get onto the character selection, but not your actual character. It could be because your character is located in Fluorite Plains.
Fluorite Plains happens to be the most trafficked map within the game and will therefore usually be full.

 Don't know how many users that are online inside of the map?
You can hover your mouse over the right side of the website, near the sidebar, and a smaller window will pop out.

(You'll need to refresh the page to see the current amount.)

If the map you're in is full, and you want to get onto the game anyway.. You can reset your character by logging onto the yellow box on the website.


If this isn't your cause, it'll probably be something within your computer that will make it difficult to connect.
Sadly, computers, routers etc is not my speciality, but I wish you good luck.
