How do I get new items i downloaded into my game?

Hey how do I get new items for my presets into the game? As in, when I download them, which folder do I put it in in the FeralHeart folder in OS? Thanks!

This tutorial by one of the other members should explain it :

Go to FeralHeart-Media-items and place the textures and stuff in the items place Then open the Feral Heart folder and open items.CFG and put the item code in there And go in game and you can see the items c:
