Logging into Game

I have the Feralheart game downloaded, but when I try to log in with my Username and Password it says Username or Password Invalid (5 Failed attempts = 15 Minute Ban) I checked 3 times that my User and Pass were correct. I did only just Sign up though, does something need to happen for me to be let in game?

Is this GalaxyMidnightRave also your Game name? Because there are like too many letters by my knowing you can only have 16 letters to log into game if that's true I think you should make a new user when registration is open....

Ill try I forgot my Username and change it but it didn;t say it was Too Long when I filled in the form brb let me do I forgot my Username

When I click 'I Forgot My Username' it takes me to 'Forgotten My Password' e-e. And is there a way I could change my username, I only have this email and I dont want to wait untill registrations open

Please avoid double posting there is a button called ''modify''
And by my knowing you can't change your username am sorry but I think you still have to make new email and wait for registration getting opened again...

I didn't double post o3o and aww. :/ I dont think it said anything about Maximum characters though :I Could a mod like change my name to GalaxyRave?
