Exporting Preset Problem..? [[ Had no idea where to post this. ]]

Recently someone made me a preset and I did everything correctly,
Put everything in the right folders and what not..
But for some reason,
It won't export to my account. o.o

It exports to my old account without problem..
But not with the one I'm on now. ;A;
Keeps saying failed to export whenever I try exporting it to my current account.

I asked the creator of the preset about it,
She tried fixing it, but apparently failed. ono

Something about my username..
Is there some sort of solution? ;I

Make sure that the place where you log-in your username, it's correct. c:

It also has to be the download with preset files to be able to use it, not the .fhp.

Check your coding as well, in case anything has changed since it exported on the old one.
