My Account is not working

So um I tried to remove a friend from my fiend list just because I don't talk to them anymore and as soon as I did the game Crashed.
I have tried twice to uninstall and re-install, delete almost everything to do with Feral heart on my PC and even save it to a new location then deleted the character it crashed on but when I try to log back in to any character even a new one, it will just crash again so I have come to an conclusion that it is my account not the game since my friend can log into her Characters on PC just fine.
I still have no problems logging into my account, it is just getting onto my characters and into the game, even on a character that resides within a custom map will crash.

I have been having problems with my friend list for a while, scrolling down would cause the game to crash so I left it, but it has never done this before and I have no idea on what I could possibly do.

A bit of advice or help will be greatly appreciated. Just hope this is fixable so I can get back to my friends.

So your saying your characters are having problems but it's your account that's causing the problem..ehh?

So I suggested get a new account? Or re-install it and after that delete that old Feral-Heart download, and download a same FeralHeart. Hope this helps.

Do you get any specific error messages on crash though? What Thrillex said is a good idea. Once you uninstall be sure you delete your Feral Heart folder because that's the only sure way to get rid of any bad, misplaced, or damaged files that may be messing up your game. Good look

This is true, I once encountered problems from exporting a map. I couldn't fix the FH, but I never deleted the FH folder, if you delete the folder and re install then it should be fixed. :3

If you have FH+, this is probably why this is happening. Thrillex's idea was very good. What I would do is just delete FH by going to Control Panel> Programs> Then scroll through looking for FH, then double click and it will delete it. It may have a tab pop up saying 'Are you sure you want to delete this file?' or something like that. Ofcourse, click yes. Then (If you had FH+) download FH setup. (Do not download FH+. There's a bit of problems with it.) And it will hopefully work. Hope this helps your problem! c:

A box just popped up with "FH is no longer working" And did it's looking for solution thing and then shut down. and I did deleate everything but my downloaded maps and items, but I didn't even put them back in when I tried after re-installing

The only thing I am really just concerned about is finding my friends again, though I am sure I will be able to
But I won't give up tying to get my account fixed either

I know one who can link me back to the friends I spend most time with. and I have a friend who I can easily tell anytime
So I think I will be fine
