A Standing Chance (Realistic Wolf RP)

Slayter smiled and chuckled lightly. Switch screeched and lifted into the air quickly. "Dude!" He smiled and lunged for the cat quickly. Slayter looked over his shoulder and spoke. "Don't make me come back there." He laughed and looked at Aluxia.

Marv purred loudly and swatted Switch's red tail feathers.  One feather dropped silently on the floor.  He stared at it with wide yellow eyes.  He hadn't tried to pull one out or hurt him.  Was Switch molting or something?

Aluxia watches the three play, and laughs "Lunix, what are you? A kit?" she teases fondly. She flicks her tail and looks at their small pack-thing thinking that maybe this would work out, their pack would survive. She was so lost in thought she didnt hear the growl behind her till it was almost to late... ((o3o cant have a zombie story without random zombies!!))

Marv's ears perked up and he turned around to face the infected animal.  His fur fluffed up and his claws unleashed.  He stood firmly with his teeth bared, glaring hard at the wolf with slitted yellow eyes but he didn't get any closer to the wolf.  The wolf was a black male.  He was skinny and his ribs could be seen.  One of his ears was ripped cleanly off and one eye was watering freely.  He walked as if he was drunk.  He moved toward the small group of wolves, murmuring nonsense words.  Once he was closer he smiled widely at them like a wolf version of the Cheshire Cat and tilted his disfigured, black head.
Nik jumped backward at the sight of the black wolf.  His ears went back but he stood defiantly, watching the animal closely with deep green eyes.

Aluxia spins around and glares at the wolf but there was sympathy hidden in her eyes. She growls at it, and edges her way to its other side, so Nik was on the left, Slay in the front, and she on the right. The golden fae crouches down in a defensive stance, Lunix hisses defiantly and fluffs himself up, standing beside Marv between Aluxia and slay. The wolf stumbles toward him teeth bared, "hhmmm... you. lock taistiiiie" (yes spelled that way on purpose... ) he stammers at the cat Aluxia growls and pounces on his back "Not today,sir." she growls between clenched teeth. the wolf bucks under wildly, trying to get free. Lunix darts under it, clawing at its legs and stomach.

Marv darted to the wolf's side, dodging a pathetic blow from the wolf.  He dung his claws into his side and tore deeply into his rip cage then darted away.  He crouched just out of reach, waiting for another opening.
Nik crouched and circled around the wolf.  His green eyes were fixed on the animal though he looked like he was about to run and leave the others behind.  The black wolf ignored him, to busy fighting off the cat, Lynx and wolf.  He suddenly jumped from his crouch and headbutted right into the wolf, making him tumble over.

Aluxia bit down on his neck hard and she heard a sickening crunch. she let go as the wolf collapsed beneath her. The fae jumped off him in a hurry and landed beside Lunix looking o in horror of what she did... "I-I...I killed him..." she stamers

"He was in pain, he needed to die he wasn't all there in the head as well," Nik said as he licked down Marv's fur softly.
