Zanu thanked Switch silently, as he didnt think he could talk. He was afraid for Khar. He slowly lowerd himself next to the redkite, protectively laying next to him.

Alayni stood up unsure of switch Alayni blinked she wasn't used to help so she got up unsure if the Switch was going to hurt her, she looked to Zanu with a little fear in her eyes Zanu could tell she was in a brutal pack from her getting up ever so quickly.

Switch turned to Slay and spoke. "Go get more of this one." He said and held up an odd looking flower. Slayter nodded and stood up. "Alright." He yawned and started off.

Alayni blinked again looking towards the odd flower, she started to back up with her mangled paw in mid air, unsure of the odd flower.

     The ebony wolf nodded. "I don't believe in destiny, never have. Destiny isn't something that's written for you... if someone tries to write my destiny, I'll merely rewrite it to shape my own path..."
     Abyss blinked faintly and put her head down on the dirt covered hill. She stood up quickly, thinking, as she saw the antlers of an unfamiliar prey item rise in the thicket. A moose... She had never seen one before, so she had no clue how to react. But, it had antlers like a deer, therefore, it was food. "I'm going hunting..." she said roughly, wincing lightly as blood finally trickled from her neck and dripped onto the dirt.
     Before anyone could say anything about it, she bolted towards the moose and latched her maw onto his antlers, pulling it down so it wouldn't gore her. She snarled as it bellowed and tried to get free... there weren't any holes for her to use to her advantage.
      If I let go quick enough, and then get to its leg in a flash, I could break his leg and bring him down... as she thought, she realized that it was risky... but, it may be the only way to bring him down on her own.
      She growled as she let go and ran under him, locking her maw on his hind leg with a snap. She moved out of the way before it collapsed on her. She walked cautiously back to the head and bit down into its throat. She winced as her wounds began to reopen from sudden activity.
      Suddenly, the beast brought his front leg up and gave her a kick to the ribs. She let go of him and whimpered, but went back and bit harder and tore through the fat and fur the take out the throat.

Alayni looked to her sister, as she padded quickly to her, as she opened up her maw saying "You alright?" Nudging her sister lightly on the ribs, Alayni looked towards the down slope on the mountian as she then said "Stay here...I'm going hunting your hurt severely and need something to eat." Alayni said calmy after she lifted her mangled paw up not putting it down she dashed towards, the down slope, seeing a elk, she pinned her ears back as she crouched low as she then launched behind the elk, latching on to it's antlers tugging on it, as she then looked around for any thing that can help bring the animal down, Alayni heard crackling as she saw Tarp(the type that animals get stuck in.) Alayni growled as she let go of the antler sending the elk's head catapulting towards the left, as it reared almost hitting Alayni's ribs, she snarled idmediatley dodging it and stepping infront of the elk making it back up into the tar, Suddenly many hooves were heard as the elk cried for help, rocks looked like they were flying Alayni finally got it, it was a stampede, Alayni quickly ran up the hill slope as she opened up her muzzle saying "Stampede!!!" Towards the pack, as the hooves were getting louder, Alayni urged Gretta to get on top of her back, Alayni then said "We have to try to out run them quick!" Gretta yelped with fear in her eyes, Alayni lifted her mangled paw in mid air as she dashed forward trying to out run the elk and deer, not going as fast because one paw was in mid air, as suspected because you need all fours to go fast..' She thought to herself.

Zanu heard the yelp of the ebony fea, and a moment later, the thundering of hooves. He knew what it was before he heard the cry "Stampede!" Zanu darted up, softly taking Khar in his mouth as he did. He quickly walked up to Abyss. "Are you ok? How hurt are you?" he asked quickly, hearing the hooves come closer.

Nik's body stiffened, could this night get any worse?
"Come on!  Everyone get back in the den.  They wont come in there, they want to run not hide."  Nik said.  He realized that he had spoken in a commanding tone and worried about it until he remembered that he was Beta.
