     Abyss did the same, meeting her eyes with her own.

Flaire noticed that exchange and turned his head so only half of his face could be seen.
"You shouldn't feel regret for leaving them, they didn't care about you."  He said.

     Abyss's ear pivoted to his words... She was starting to lose her temper. Her hackles raised faintly. Klein was failing at coming them back down with his claws, and was almost ready to rage quit.

"Just let them go, it is dangerous with Klein and Forge here."  Nik said softly.

     The ebony femmora sighed faintly and nodded, looking ahead and seeing that the land bridge was heading across the salty water now. She looked to Nik, silently saying, "We'd better hurry."

Understanding her visual clue Nik speed up to a fast trot, making sure Abyss was falling behind because of her burden of the pup.

     Abyss nodded and continued walking, following him closely.

Alayni looked to her paws and followed Flaire as he walked and nodded slightly.

((I saw him on one of the RPs that I'm in... But, I think he abandoned this one. :/ Maybe... Slayter and MidKnight's chara died because of the disease? Or it could be like Wolf's Rain, where she died, and he had contracted the disease, and ordered one of us to kill him?))
