Well give them a bit of time, my cats were the same way now they sometimes play with eachother, if they start trying to hurt one another break it up and keep them apart for a while :D Hope this helped~

I tried to break ot up. My other dog just wont listen. He makes my new dog (old dog is Eddie, new dog is Toko. ) lay down on his side. Then Eddie gets in Toko's face and growls. If Toko even moves, Eddie snarls, barks,  growls and bites him. He chases Toko, growling at him. My kids haven't even seen Toko yet because of the dogs fighting. I have to keep my kids in their room the entire time and turn the TV volume up so that they cant hear it.

And I don't know if I can offer very much time.

First of all:

Make sure you spend equal amounts of time with EACH DOG so that no one dog is excluded and gets sad or jealous.

Second:

Don't treat one dog this way and another that. E.G.: You put your old dog in a cage at night regularly (or as a punishment if its not normal) and then let your new dog wander free. Your old dog will hate the new one even more, because he/she thinks to liek the new dog more than him/her.

 Third:

If they fight over objects, give them each an object that is the same thing.

 Fourth:

Remember, dogs naturally have this idea of pack territory. Maybe your old dog feels this new dog is a threat to the territory. Just show that he is a friend by allowing him to do things you allow your old dogs to do since they are yours, then your old dog will eventually realize that he isn't a threat. I had this problem with two cats of mine, but I just made it clear they were equal, and I was "alpha".

I'm going to go look for him - if I don't find him I'm going to put up posters.

If you know anyone who lives in my area - which you don't know - tell them to keep a lookout :3

EDIT: I found my dog :D but of course Eddie just bit his face...

I am not a dog expert by any means, and I am sure that not very many people on this forum are either. So I would suggest following the advice of more experienced people. Here is one article for example:  http://leerburg.com/introducingdogs.htm

If they are hurting eachother I would suggest keeping them apart until you figure out how to introduce them PROPERLY.
