I'd love to see some of your work! As for my digital stuff, I use GIMP, mostly. The way I make my art is, unfortunately, rather time-consuming, but it ends up looking sortakinda nice. :3 Firstly, I'll draw the outline for what I want on paper, then I scan it into my computer. Then, using GIMP, I trace it and color it using my laptop touchpad. If/when I get an art tablet where I can actually write, that would be a lifesaver. ._. But it is possible to do it this, way, as well, even if it is a bit time-consuming.
