I suggest that you uninstall your Feral Heart completely that means after uninstalling go back and delete your Feral Heart folder before reinstalling the game. (This should clean up any damaged or corrupted files as Feareh suggested just in case something like that could be causing problems.) After that go to where it says "Forgot Your Username" at the top right of the forum so you can get an email that shows you exactly what username you registered for just to be certain that you are not using some variation of it as you log in and export your preset.
This problem you're having is almost always solved once a person uses the exact username they registered as (counting spaces etc). Also do not rename or edit your exported fhp files in anyway because that's not going to help the situation. If one fhp doesn't work and friends don't see you in your preset with that fhp then you delete it and reexport your preset signed in as a different variation of your username until you figure out which works.
