Are you sure you're typing it correctly? Are you putting in the EXACT Same login? Caps and numbers (Symbols also) Are to be typed when you type in your login. It needs to be the exact same login.
Also, If you can't remember it, Then try creating another account and write your login down on a note or something, Then you'll remember it. That's what i do, And it works every time.
