Help Please

When I try to open feral heart the game goes white

I havnt got a copy of existing particles, I havnt changed any important codes, I havnt deleted anything important, I HAVE uninstalled and reinstalled completely, I've restored my computer to when it was working fine but it still wont load, I can't even get to the greeting screens with kovu and ogre so I cant change some settings. It just starts loading then says FeralHeart.exe has stopped working.

Well, the server is actually down right now. But when the server is up again, try opening the game up by right clicking the Feral Heart icon and 'Open as administrator' if not, wait until Windows finds the problem or right click the Feral Heart icon again and click 'Troubleshoot compatibility' which will also help you find out whats wrong.

Easy way-Just readownload it i ussaly do that cuz i always mess up the files XD

She already said she re installed it. lol. But the options I set out are the safest ways, so it won't slow down or damage your computer.

Turns out some of my particle files was corrupted, I copied corrupted particles from the backup I made, clever me.
