Preset not showing up

I tried redownloading it but it still didn't work. And it isn't just one person who can't see it, a few people have downloaded it and it won't work. Did sending the file over Skype work for you?

I have this problem often. Ask someone how they see your username,e in game. Then type it that way and go to preset maker. Then export it. Put that .fhp on mediafire instead of the other one. That might fix it. So you can still see it. And others can. If it still does not work, let me know. I have other solutions. This happens often to me.
