Strays of the Ruins. (Stray dog/cat RP, open & accepting)

Flak's ears swiveled at the she-wolf's words. "I'm aware. Which is why I'm having her stay in the cave to rest." He huffed, not bothering to glance at her and barely turning his head. "There's not much we can do until the cats get back with the herbs." The mutt added, his light blue optics scanning over the four dogs on shore.

     Gavroche, for some reason, was quite distracted from the hunting concept. As he trotted happily back to the others, a small crab scurried out in front of him, heading towards the water. With a mischevious bark, the pup dove after it, chasing it down the shore playfully without the intent of killing it.

Dusty raised his head, shaking his pelt as water dripped from it. A small fish rested between his paws and he gently picked it up with his jaws, scurrying onto the shore as water sloshed from his paws. As he flicked the fish into the pile, a bark made him jerk his head into the direction of Gavroche, who was playfully chasing a crab down the shore. Dusty frowned, wondering if the pup was either hunting it or just chasing it for the fun of it. Irritation filled him, and he decided to go with the playing.

"Gavroche!" he barked sharply, glancing at the pup. "You can play later; we need to hunt some more." Dusty ordered, nodding at the crab.

Teegan let out a huff as boredom began to take over her, she wasn't use to lazing around whilst the others were working; and she wasn't one to follow rules, but she didn't want to cause Flak not the pack any problems. Letting out a grunt she lifted to her paws wincing slightly once again as she padded a little closer to the entrance. Letting out a grunt the female shepherd lowered herseld gently to the ground and lay on her stomach then placing her head on her paws she began to peer out the entrance of the cave.

Gavroche jumped in surprise at Dusty's sharp bark, immediately slumping downwards before the brute. Once the male had finished his order, the pup blew an irritated huff from his maw and sat down, glaring up at him and grumbling inaudibly under his breath. Rising back to his feet, he sulked over to the shallow water, swatting at a wave with his paw grumpily. "Hmph." He huffed, completely turned off to the idea of hunting now that he had been 'ordered' to.

Vicci's eyes brightened when she noticed a plant - Docks. She smiled a stupid grin, before pulling out the herb needed. Her tail lashing with delight, she walked back to where she was before, following the Tom's scent to find him. She tilted her head and perked her ears. "Found it." She mumbled around the object in her mouth, before dropping it before the feline.

Grimkahn returned to the park and sniffed out any more prey. Once this place ran out, they had to be prepared to start going much father from their home. And the farther they got.. the more danger they put the females in. Grimkahn saw a rabbit leap from a bush. He snarled and grabbed it in his mouth. The rabbit squealed and died. He carried it back. He didn't want to leave Velenka alone, despite being with Braig and Larxene. He brought the rabbit into the alley. He glanced toward Larxene. She really is going to have her pups soon. I hope when that time comes we still have a reliable food source. He shook the thought in from his mind. The pack dubbed him leader, and he couldn't let them down just because he had negative thoughts. He gave the rabbit to Velenka. She sniffed it, "Thank you." She started to eat it. While she was eating, Grimkahn saw the pups 3 tail-lengths away wrestling with each other. If only they knew how hard the real world is. Those pups are spoiled compared to Braig, Larxene, Velenka, and I. Grimkahn looked down to see Velenka finishing her meal. There was a bit left, and Grimkahn ate it.

Risto turned to see Vicci standing behind him with dock leaves hanging out of her jaws. He was surprised that she had found those herbs so easily. He snorted to himself. Maybe there's a lot in this forest. It's not like she's a quick leaner. Bending down, he gave the herbs a quick sniff, before wrinkling his nose at the stench. "Thanks, I guess." He muttered, scooping up the dock leaves along with the remaining cobwebs. Flicking his tail, he turned towards Vicci. "We can go now; I have all the herbs I need. Besides, I'm not going to risk venturing more into those forest, considering the fact that the mutants are around here." Risto mumbled through the herbs, turning away and bounding off towards the shore. He paused for a moment to wait for Vicci for catch up, before heading into the tunnel.

Micahs pile of crabs began to grow even more, letting out a huff she leap down from the rocks and pushed the pile towards Dusty who was now sort of surrounded by small piles of food. Shrugging she padded back down to catch more fish giving Jip a slight nod as he also pushed his pile towards the others. Coming to the water she dived right in without any hesitation ignoring Dusty as he shouted at the pup. Letting out a sigh she began catching a few more fish.


Jip looked at his pile and realized how much it had grew in size shrugging he padded out the water dropping one more fish onto it and pushing it up the shore. Giving Micah a smile as she passed, placing the pile where he wanted it he jumped slight as Dusty shouted at Govrach, letting out a small snarl as it pierced his ears. Padding towards the rocks he began hunting crabs; it was almost as if him and Micah were taking turns in hunting fish and crabs.
