Dusty ears perked as he heard his name, and he tipped his head to one side when Flak instructed him to gather the food. "Okay, sure." He muttered, glancing down at Gavroche. The pup didn't seem to be eager to learn as usual, and Dusty assumed that the pup thought that he already knew enough of the hunting skills. Shrugging, he braced himself and headed outside with the group, walking slowly behind Micah just in case if the fae needed help walking. As they reached the pile, Dusty broke away from the group and began to examine the pile wondering if the mutants had done anything to it. Flicking his tail, he began to gently tug out varies prey from the pile.
Grass brushed paws as Risto hesitated at the entrance of the forest. His whiskers trembled as he wondered whether the mutants were still waiting, but he remembered that Teegan had already dealt with them. As he placed another paw in the forest, a twig snapped as the feline jerked his head to see a pair of eyes gleaming at him from the bushes. Not far off, a seagull let out a caw as it took off. Blinking, Risto raised his head to examine the creature, but the pair of eyes were gone. Shrugging, he let it slide as he began to head into the forest.
Deciding to stay near the shore, Risto began to nose through the grass, trying to find out the right herbs for the wounds. Shutting his eyes, he began to recite the herbs in his brain, but his mind was too fuzzy from today's event so he couldn't think. Tasting the air, his neck fur bristled as he detected a scent, but he relaxed as Vicci came in sight.
"Oh. It's you again." Risto meowed flatly, giving her a disgusted look. "I don't need any help from useless female." He muttered, turning around and ignoring Vicci. Deciding that it would be awkward with her just standing around near him, he didn't bother to raise his head to look at her.
"Okay, I guess you can help in someway. I dunno what type of herbs grow in this place. Just...try to look for something useful, I suppose." Risto muttered, irritated that he didn't know what herbs to look for. Turning away, he began to venture a little deeper into the forest, pausing to taste the air for any scent of herbs.
