Westwood kept his head raised, eyeing the mare as his mind wandered for something to say. "I- Uh-" He shook his mane again, then relaxed. "Okay." He finally blurted out with a quiet huff and a slight chuckle.

Luna nuzzles up to him happily, waiting for him to make his move

Westwood blew a snort from his nostrils and shook his mane, giving the mare's neck a gentle nudge with his muzzle.

She closes her eyes and falls asleep, leaning up against him

Westwood nipped playfully at her mane, flicking his tail at his haunches. Lowering his head, he began lazily eating the hay from the stall floor, his shoulder muscles quivering.
