Personality: Charlie is extremely hard to get. Once you think you are getting to know her, she slips away. She never stays anywhere for long but she is looking for somewhere to settle down. She is sometimes sweet and caring, or she is sometimes sarcastic and silent. She is always very loyal and trustworthy, though.
Apparel: She usually wears a loose skirt, a blouse and a Stetson hat. Her hair is blonde and wavy, reaching her waist. She usually just lets it fall loose down her back underneath her hat.
