Jake rolled his eyes. "Because I wanted one that would bond to me. Just...shut up and let me have my moment." he yawned. He rolled onto his side, closing his eyes and falling alseep.

Charlie continued to carve in the wood, creating a carving of a Steston and a saddle. She lay the wood down and pulled her Steston over her eyes and leaned against a tree "I guess I'll just stay up and guard. She muttered, smiling in spite of herself.

Billy couldn't help but chuckle at Jake's response, keeping his eyes closed as he leaned back against the saddle. A thought suddenly made itself present in his mind. "Ya know, if we're plannin' on takin' much loot with us when we get there, we're probably gonna need a pack horse er somethin'." He muttered, still laying still with eyes closed.
