Aye, it is always a good idea to be careful when downloading something from the internet, but I can assure you that the game download for FeralHeart is a very safe source, and you will not get a virus from our official download.
If you do get a warning message from your anti-virus software on your computer, you can go into your anti-virus program settings and turn off the warning for FeralHeart, and it should run as it's meant to.
