Belleza's soft grey eyes flickered up as the sound of whimpering and snarls echoed from the den across the den site. Slowly, she hopped off of the log she had laid on, and furrowed her brow as she flickered her ears around. She didn't plan on going to the fight, who was she to breakup a fight she wasn't involved in. She hated serving an alpha, but was willing to for her brother. A sudden rush of wind shoved her to the side as she side-stepped away just in time to see a black blur of fur pass by. "Michael!" She yelled out, catching the large brute's attention. Michael slowed to a jog and turned to look at his sister, "Attack on the alpha!" He barked before turning and taking off towards the fight.
"Michael!" She called after him, but was ignored. She let her ears pin back, deciding. "Damn you Michael and your stupid lead warrior heart!" She mumbled before launching herself forward after him.
Michael's large stature sent shivers down most enemy's spines. He was larger than most brutes in the pack, and had a long history of fights which is how he got such a high rank. As he approached the alpha his ears perked. "Alphess?" He asked jogging over to her. "Are you okay? Where did your attacker go?" He asked, his green and blue eyes flickering down to her healing wounds. His deep voice sounded worried.
"Michael, you stupid son of a-" Belleza's voice was out of breath as she slowed to a stop a few feet behind him and immediately went silent. "Alphess." She said in a blank, greeting tone. "Belle, why did you follow me here?" Michael asked glancing back at his sister. "You know I never miss a good fight," She smirked at him.
Michael furrowed his brow but turned to look back at the alpha, "What the hell?" He mumbled, she was gone. "Look, dipwad." Belleza said motioning towards The alpha just as she disappeared into the trees. Michael eyed her, "Well, go!" she urged on. Michael rolled his eyes but turned and took off after the fae, with Belleza following close behind. As they caught up with the fae, they slowed to a stop.
"Ma'm, are you okay?" Michael asked, his deep country accent slipping through.
