I just created this account today. So I downloaded the patch and everything and I could not log in to play the game. So I got on Youtube for the answer. And I messed up. It said not to check in the save pass box AND not to use the numbers on the right of the keyboard. It was true because I kept wondering why the #'s weren't showing up. Then, I got a pop up saying that "You have been banned for 2 months 18 hours and 20 minutes". I was in a raging fury!! Is there ANY way this can get reversed aside from making a new account? (because it's down.) I did literally everything you can think of. Maybe can an admin undo it or no? I need a quick response please!
