Resetting is not something that is done with ease.
As far as I have been informed the data of an account is saved in many different tables on the server. Things like friends, groups, groups for specific characters aren't saved in one chunk that you just go in and remove. It could be possible to make an "Account Reset" that would wipe everything on it. But I don't think it's one of the easier tasks out there, neither if it would be truly helpful at this moment since no one can really pinpoint which certain crash comes from which certain doing, since my post above shows that there's more than just one kind.
