"Ha! You're darn right I win!" The stallion nickered, flicking his wet tail at his haunches. As he held his head high in victorious pride, the thundering of hooves made him spin around to notice Mishka galloping full speed towards them. "Crap..." He muttered, knowing there was no escape from the huge splashes of disturbed water that came up from the mare's hooves as she galloped through the river. The water surged up and covered him head to tail in it. He stood motionless for a moment, then snorted water from his nostrils and shook his long mane, sending droplets flying from it. "Point taken, point taken. You won." He nickered at Mishka with a chuckle, trudging out of the river to shake out the rest of his pinto coat. His ears pricked atthe filly as she exclaimed her excitement, but he could tell she was exhausted. "Yep. But you'd better go get some rest now. I'm sure there's more traveling to be done eventually." He nudged the filly towards shore with his muzzle.
