Can't Log in!

Hi, I'm kinda still new to this. I registered not long ago and set everything right for the game. But when I tried to log in, it kept saying the user or password was wrong, which I find weird since I'm able to log into the site, just not the game. :/ 

Also, I have a friend who also wants to register, but her verification email never came, and when she tried to re-register, it kept saying the email was already used, also, when she tried to type her email for the 'forgot password' it claims the email is not registered.....so we're both at a loss.

We would appreciate some much needed help please!!!

When you signed up for feralheart, did you verify your account? I'd say just keep trying, however I'm not positive on the first one.

On the second one, if the verification email never came did she ask feralheart to send another one? Often when you register, there is a button that says it never sent. My guess is it's likely in her spam email. Have her check that. Often times when I'm waiting for an email it's in my spam box.

If what Alice says doesn't help, try contacting staff, they might be able to help with the email.

I'm having trouble getting on the game today too, not the same way you are tho. I have been playing for a little over a year now and just today I keep trying to log on but it is being very slow, I just pressed 'start' on the char I wish to play (Which was 15 mins ago) but its still the loading screen and I dont know why its doing it if anyone can help me?

The server is having, lets say, "holes". Deal with the lag or wait to the server be fixed.

I'm having the same problem, same instance. My activation email never came, I fixed that by making a new email and re-registering w/ a slightly different username. Can't help you with the "Not being able to log in" though, that's the problem I'm having.
