I can login into the forum fine, but I can't seem to login to game

I have no trouble in logging in to the forum, but when I try to login to the game, it says Incorrect username and password. I have clicked login more than five times in a row, and it hasn't banned me. This has been going on ever since I was able to get the account. I have been using the correct username and password. I am really itching to play this game, so It would be excellent if you could help.

Is your username/password longer than 16 characters?

If your username is any larger than 16 characters than it won't let you log in on that account, like Kijiako has said. Unfortunately if that is the case then you will have to create a new account.

No I havent, this has all started since I have gotten the acount. My pass is less than 16 characters as well.

Im sure if this info helps you guys to help me solve this problem, but I am able to export presets in the preset maker.

I checked your profile Lone, your username is 17 characters of length, which is 1 above what the game works with. If you don't have any other account it's safe to say that you must register a new account with 16 or less.
