Feralheart Start Problem

When I try to open feralheart it doesnt start up correctly. This appears:Feralheart.exe has stopped working and then A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will clsoe th eprogram and notify you if a solution is available. I have already uninstalled and installed the program and patch. Help please!

Have you downloaded anything, or exported a map?

Yes I have exported a map.

Go to your Feral Heart folder through c: > FeralHeart. Then, go to "media" and then check the folder titled "particles". If there are multiple particles such as " ____(1)", delete the ones with the (1) or (2).

I did that and still it says that same thing.

Then check the "objects" folder in "media" for the same thing.

I am pretty sure I should do the same with copies.

I deleted the copies/_ files and the game is still not working for me

Did you check on the sky folder?
But if nothing works you can just re download the whole came. Just remember to delete also the old folder.
Oh and don't forget to pack up the files you want to keep. Like pictures and presets....

Thank you. I think the problem is that I didnt delete the old file when I un installed it.
