Laceshard

Laceshard stood on the edge of the clearing, just finishing her thrush before padding over to the nursery. Plopping down next to the queen, she placed her tail over the young male, snickering. "They're adorable!" The white cat exlaimed, licking the top of Snowbreeze's ears. "What are you going to call them?" She asked, licking her nose with a purr of delight before swivelling her head around to Bonestar. "Yes, when may we leave for the Gathering?" She purred with a flick of her tail, still sitting with the white queen.

She turned her attention to te she-cat. "Oh J see you have had your kits." She mewed. "How are you feeling though?" She asked her.

Lightflower saw Tigerroar sit next to her. "I'd love to help you with Owlpaw. I think it would be good experience for her." She said with a small nod. The pale orange she-cat gave a small smile. She'd never really done stuff like this before. "She seems to be doing well. I'd be honored to help her improve."

     The large tom's nose detected a slight scent, not too old. Maybe it was a patrol route. Cardinalstar's green eyes continued to peer off into the forest, looking for the flicker of another cat within it's depths. Slowly moving on he continued along the border. Noticing his clan's scent was a little stale on their side of the border he marked it. Cardinalstar  didn't fully trust VineClan. He had once caught their scent on his side of the border.

Bonestar heard tiny mewling coming from the nursery. His eyes widened and he ran over, making his way into the nursery. He pushed aside the gathering question, and looked at each of the three kits. He purred and licked Snowbreeze's head, "They are wonderful... " He licked each one of them about four times, "We can name that little she cat.. um.. How about Frostykit. And her sister and be Snowykit." He looked at the tom. He didn't have a name for him yet. He sat up, "They are gorgeous." Bonestar smiled at Snowbreeze and purred loudly. He then looked  at the other warriors with him, "The gathering? Oh! We will go. I am so sorry Snowbreeze." He licked her ear, "You can go to the gathering next time, I am sure Oakfeather will watch them." He had a bit of sorrow in his eyes as he left the nursery. He headed to the entrance. Bonestar started to organize warriors and apprentices to come, as well as the medicine cat. But he made the medicine cat apprentice stay incase Snowbreeze needed it. He dashed off towards gathering place, a bunch of warriors and a few apprentices following him.

She followed behind the leader as he trudged off. She looked back to make sure her apprentice was in sight of the new queen. Berrysplash ran faster to match Bonestars pace.

Laceshard

Laceshard was one of the few cats thundering after Bonestar, brushing up against his side as she stared towars the Gathering area. Many cats gathered below, their silhouettes moving restlessly across the moonlit clearing. She flexed her shoulders, blue eyes shining with anticipation.

     As moonlight lit the forest Cardinalstar cautiously slipped into the dark territory of Vineclan. Most of Cliffclan was too weak to make the trek to the gathering place. Cardinalstar knew he was trespassing into enemy grounds but he was one cat and surely he wouldn't be noticed. Emerging from the Vineclan trees the striped brown tom changed his course so it wouldn't look like he took a short-cut through Vineclan territory. Seeing Bonestar's pale patrol in the distance Cardinalstar felt a little unnerved, they could easily overrun and strip him of his nine lives. Quickening his pace he longed to get to the safely of the gathering place rather than open fields.

Tigerroar smiled, "Thank you." He got Owlpaw, "Let's go. We are going to the gathering." Owlpaw jumped up, "Really?!" She smiled, "Oh! Thank you.." She smiled at him, then followed him to the patrol, then they left for the gathering place.

Once they made it Freezeclan was already there. The gathering place was made up of a large ditch in the ground, with a rock in the middle. The Vineclan leader leapt onto the rock. Tigerroar muttered, "Where is Waterclan...?" Just a few heartbeats after saying it, thick coated drenched cats ran into the clearing.

upon arriving of the gathering hollow Cardinalstar trotted over to where the other leaders gathered. WaterClan had seemed to be running late but was relieved when the arrived at the edge of the hollow, their sleek pale pelts entered the hollow and covering it like an avalanche. They mixed in with the other clans, except his clan. They were the only ones absent. Greencough had spread through his camp like wildfire in a woodland full of brittle, dry trees. Cardinalstar didn't plan on mentioning it.
