To be honest that is most likely a Photoshopped picture due to it looking like it belongs in a fashion magazine. Almost all pictures on magazines are Photoshopped. Don't believe in every picture in a fashion magazine. Plus Justin Beiber doesn't look like he has the body type to have visible abs and other muscles like that.
Same thing goes with Brendon Urie. He naturally has a scrawny body type so his abs can't be visible easily, and still looking thin even though his body is very toned. Or as I believe so. I'm not so sure because I haven't seen him shirtless for 6 months lol. Not all males can get abs without very very hard work. As both Beiber and Urie being musical artists I don't think they have the time.
