The Falling Empire ~ Realistic Polar Bear Rp ~ Open and Accepting!

You struggle across countless diminishing ice floats. A warm breeze whispers against your face. It tells of the warm days, when all the ice melts. Hunting is harder than ever. Your usual prey the ringed seals keep slipping away when you strike at them. They hardly have to make breathing holes anymore so you can't ambush them. Your only choice for survival is to band together with other polar bears. But being a solitary animal it is very difficult.




The plot is to find other bears to survive with. It's hard getting along with other bears and the changing climate is making it even harder.

Mini Plot: It's 5:00 am and it's just before dawn. The temperature is 20 degrees Fahrenheit and there are a few clouds showing there will be a blizzard later today

Personality:Calfuray is very kind towards young bears, but she isn't very fond older male bears. She is clever and strong, but she is slow when it comes to running unless her cubs lives are at stake.
History:Calfuray isn't very special. She has had the normal life of most polar bears. Thonly special thing that happened in her life was the death of her youngest and weakest cub. Aucaman was adopted when she found him, alone and starving. So she nursed to health an decided to use him to fill the empty spot in her heart that her dead cub had left behind when he died

Personality:Wapasha is self-centered at times and thinks she is better than her adopted brother, Aucamam. But deep down, she will love him and always know he is better than her in many ways. She is bossy when playing games, always insisting she be the important or better character.
History:Wapasha has had nothing interesting or special ever happen in the few moons of her life.

Personality:Aucaman is quiet and timid. He doesn't really lie to interact with other bears unless they approach him. He tends to be quiet because he thinks a lot. He is clever and cunning. Aucaman may be quiet, but once you get to know him, he tends to speak his mind more often than you would think.
History:Aucaman had a loving mother and a playful younger brother. His mother was killed by another adult male bear along with his brother. EH tends not to blame the bear who killed them, because he understands that the bear must have been starving. But at most times, he blames all the bears, except for his adopted family, for the death of his mother and brother.

Personality: She's very protective and has a soft spot for cubs. Although her life revolves are around her cub's safety, she finds time to play with him.

     Nia leaped across to a nearby ice float. It swayed with her weight at first but then stilled. Looking over to the horizon the haze that comes before the sun didn't show yet. The North was still crawling out of winter so the night was still longer. The stars reflected off the sea of millions of shattered ice floats. It looked impossible to catch anything. Nia grunted and chose the next float to jump onto.

Mara grunted as she leapt onto another ice float. She hated doing this, it caused pain to her stomach when she landed. She looked into the dark water, obviously not finding anything to catch. She huffed and jumped to another ice float after another.

Calfuray leaped onto another piece of floating ice. Her stomach twisted uncomfortably as her worry and stress grew even more. Sighing in relief, she turned to her cubs. She wanted make sure no orcas or decided to have them for a snack.

Wapasha tried not to bounce around on the wobbly piece of broken ice. She was so excited to see the things her mother would describe. She wanted to see the land and all the creatures and plants on it. Bubbling with excitement, the young cub leaped onto another piece just big enough to hold her.

Aucaman followed right behind Calfuray, trying not to look into the deep water below the thin ice. He didn't want to be eaten by any orcas or swimming polar bears. Nor did he want to see another mother die before him.

     Nia's luck ran out when the ice floats became too distant from each other. Slipping into the frigid water her thick paws powerfully swept against the water propelling her forward. Nia kept her nose and eyes just above the surface. Her stomach felt as though claws were continuously tearing at her insides.

She heard a splash pretty close to her. She squinted her eyes o notice another polar bear. She leapt to a peice of ice where she could easily get in and grab the scruff of the polar bear. She snatched the other polar bear by the scruff trying to pull her out of the water.

     Letting out a fit of angry snorts Lifting up her paws Nia tried to atleast get whatever was attacking her off. Spinning around the attacker tore out some white fur but Nia was able to get a glimpse at what it was. The attacker was another polar bear, maybe a female. Nia kicked at the rival with her hind paws. Trying to push her away Nia slipped under the surface.
