Unable to go onto my character

Okay so, when I try to go onto a character, and click start (Or something like that, because I'm using Silver's Better Feralheart mod on deviantart), the loading screen comes up, as per normal, before the whole screen goes light white, like when the computer/webpage isn't responding. Then a box comes up. It says 'Feralheart.exe is not responding.'

What's happening? D;

Are you trying to go into a custom map? I've had that happen numerous times. Try going into your FH folder, click media>particles and delete any ending in _0 or _1.  If you wish to get your character back, simply log in to your account on the forums and beneath where it says "Log out" it'll have "User Panel" or "Character Reset", Log into that and it'll have the list of your characters, find the one you wish to get back and click "Go home". It will bring your character back to Lonely Cave.

If your trying to get into a main map, reset your character and try the other maps, if it still doesn't work try re-installing FH.

Nope DB It happens to all my characters, even when they are in Lonely Cave, South Pole etc. I tried reinstalling, but it doesn't seem to be helping. :c

D: Awww. Have you tried searching through your particle folder and deleting any that end with _0 or _1? That tends to be a problem. I'm not quite sure what else you could try. Re-installing usually works for me. ;3;

On what map is the character you are tying to get into?
Is it only that one character?
You should try to reset your chra.
NOTE: in the picture you are supposed to click character reset button but it is renamed to "user panel"

Nope, the problem's with all the characters. When I try to get on another character, the same thing happens. D:

And I'll try to look at my Particles folder, and check.

Since when this is happening what did you do before it started happening?
Have you tired re-installing? (don't forget to delete the old folder but also don't forget to backup your screenshots and all the things you want to keep.)

Yup, I definitely tried re-installing. It probably happened before I reinstalled, about... 5 days ago?
