Is My Account Invalid?

I'm not sure if this is happening to lots of people or not but, when I open FeralHeart and everything it's totally fine. Then randomly, the dreadful pop up that says "Incorrect username or password. (5 failed attempt causes 15 min ban)". Just to say, I have checked and made sure that they are actually correct and they are! I've been having this problem for so long that I become inactive for about seven to eight months! I had recently decided to get FeralHeart back and "start over" but that won't happen if I can't even log in. I have tried reinstalling, opening and closing the program, and logging in many, many times. So, is there a way to fix it? I'm really about to start crying over here D:

Hmm. Just a question, what is your username? Because if your username is more than (16 characters I think) then you can't login. It happened on my old account. If not, then try changing your password. Hope this helps!

Ahhh I don't know what is going on D: Many people are having this problem due to the threads that were made...maybe it is a glitch or something?

Hey! So, I've noticed lots of help threads about this. Look here instead! It's usually just little things that are easy to fix.


1. Make sure your caps lock is not on. The login is caps sensitive! Make sure you're typing everything correctly.

2. Do not use the numpad! Use the numbers above the alphabet on your keyboard.

3. Does your username or password have any unusual symbols such as ?$!@*-_ ect.? This can mess things up for some people. Make a new account if you're having trouble with symbols. If you make a new one, please try to stick with a-z letters, nothing capitalized.

4. Make sure that your keyboard language is in English! It won't log you in unless you have a US keyboard setting.

5. If you're trying to log on ingame, make sure the server is up and running. You can do this by looking at the top of the banner of this forum.

6. Make sure you are logging in with your username, not forum nickname. My actual username is JazzForLife, and I log in with that. I do not use Jazzz, because that is my forum nickname.

7. Even if you change your password on the forum, your password for the game will always be the same you signed up with.

This has been happening to me too. I even changed my password and that didn't seem to help. I do agree with (I believe the username is OreoHeroz) that it may be some sort of glitch. Hopefully it will get fixed soon

I've noticed several other topics with this problem, try either waiting it or making a new account.

Try searching your name on the member list and you should find the profile of your other account. If the E-mail is hidden, ask a member of staff to send you the email you made for the account. After that, go to the golden box on the top right and click 'Forgot username' or 'Forgot password' and you must use the email you used for the account activation. Once that's done, go to your e-mail and you should find your account details.
