Flying Map Tester

So here is something I have never figured out. I've seen people with custom map testers and I've never figured out how. Now I'm not looking to make mine fancy or anything, but it would be nice to be able to put some wings on my tester so I can test out my flying maps. How do I go about doing this?

There is not a way to click "Test" and then add wings to that character.
You can however, check the "Has Portal" box, and once you save that map, it will update the .map file in the game.
You can then login, go to the Cape of Distant Worlds with any character, and test it that way.
